Mô tả:	We're seeking a Web3 Marketing Lead to spearhead Thetan World's strategic marketing initiatives within the Web3 space. This leader will forge the direction of our marketing efforts, building strong brand awareness, attracting investors and strategic partnerships, and maximizing our presence within the Web3 landscape. - Strategic Growth Planning: Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, attract new users, and nurture a vibrant community within the Web3 landscape. - Channel Management: Manage channels such as social media, Discord, Telegram, and other relevant Web3 community touchpoints with compelling content and engagement strategies. - Tokenomics-Informed Marketing: Understand tokenomic models and their influence on user incentives and growth strategies. Collaborate with product teams for airdrops, token utility marketing, etc. - Data-Driven Marketing: Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and optimize marketing strategies to maximize ROI. - Collaboration: Partner with communication, partnership, and game design teams to create messaging and assets that resonate with the Web3 audience. - Other tasks may arise throughout the project.
Yêu cầu:	3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a Web3, blockchain, or fintech environment. Demonstrable Success: A history of successful marketing growth campaigns specifically within Web3. Web3 Fluency: In-depth knowledge of Web3 concepts, trends, and best practices. Strategic and Analytical: Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable growth strategies. Excellent Communicator: Proven ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and the external Web3 community
