Web3 Marketing Strategy: - Develop and lead the team to execute comprehensive Web3 marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness, establish Thetan World as one of a thought leader in the space, drive revenue growth. - Stay up to date on Web3 marketing trends, tools, and technologies, adapting strategies accordingly. - Collaborate with internal teams (community, marketing, product) to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Business Development Team Management: - Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing business development team focused on achieving Web3 growth targets. - Set clear goals, provide ongoing mentorship, and track team performance. - Other tasks may arise throughout the project. |
| Yêu cầu: | – Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, growth marketing, or a similar role within the Web3 gaming industry.
