Mô tả:	Design and develop smart contracts using Solidity for Ethereum-based projects or Rust for Solana/Ink projects Implement token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, etc.) and other decentralized applications (DApps) Ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices in smart contract development Perform thorough testing and auditing of smart contracts before deployment Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, project managers and product owner Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the blockchain ecosystem.
Yêu cầu:	Experience with one of backend programming languages such as Python, Golang. Experience in smart contract development using Solidity or Rust is a plus. Proficient understanding of Ethereum, Solana, or other blockchain architectures. Knowing blockchain concepts, including consensus mechanisms, cryptography, and decentralization is a plus. Experience with token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, SPL, etc.) and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
