The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the web3 landscape, possess digital marketing expertise, and be passionate about the potential of decentralized technologies.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive user adoption, and achieve business objectives.
- Create compelling marketing campaigns targeting key audiences in the web3 industry, utilizing various channels such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with the product team to understand the unique value propositions of our web3 projects or products, and effectively communicate these to the target audience.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including websites, social media platforms, community forums, and online advertising campaigns.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the web3 industry, including emerging technologies, market trends, and regulatory changes, to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and development, to ensure consistent messaging and brand coherence across all touchpoints.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 01 year) in marketing roles, preferably in the web3 industry or related technology sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing approaches in the evolving web3 landscape.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for decentralized technologies and a genuine interest in the web3 industry.
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
