- Design, develop, and deploy blockchain-based applications, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps) using blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or others.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and architect scalable and secure blockchain solutions.
- Implement and optimize blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic algorithms to ensure the integrity, security, and performance of blockchain networks.
- Integrate blockchain technology with existing systems, applications, and databases, ensuring seamless interoperability and data consistency.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of blockchain applications to identify and resolve technical issues and ensure quality assurance.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in blockchain development, and leverage them to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and technical discussions to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange within the development team.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, tutorials, and training materials to support the adoption and use of blockchain technology.
- Engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand their business requirements and provide technical expertise and guidance on blockchain solutions

| Yêu cầu: |
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in software development, with hands-on experience in blockchain development
- Proficiency in blockchain technologies, protocols, and frameworks, such as Ethereum, Solidity, Hyperledger Fabric, and others.
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used in blockchain development, such as JavaScript, Python, or Go.
- Experience with smart contract development, deployment, and auditing using tools like Truffle, Remix, or others.
- Knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and other blockchain use cases and applications is a plus.
- Familiarity with blockchain security best practices, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
